Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all of our prices include 20% VAT.
What are the access times?
Mon-Thur: 9am-11pm | Fri & Sat 9am-Midnight. (We can sometimes be
flexible on these, please get in touch to discuss your requirements).
Can we use candles/tea lights?
We only allow LED tea lights/candles.
Can we bring garden games?
es! We encourage garden games. They are a great addition to our beautiful outdoor space.
What are the maximum capacities?
Ceremony & Wedding Breakfast: 90 guests | Evening Reception: 150 guests.
Can we book the accommodation the night before the Wedding?
Yes, please get in touch for pricing.

Is there anything we need to organise ourselves with the packages?
We take care of most or your requirements but you will need to organise the following: Bridal Flowers, Wedding Cake, Welcome Signs/Order of the Day/Table plan, menu cards and place names.
Can we use our own suppliers or bring our own decorations?
Yes of course! We are always happy to discuss bespoke pricing should you wish to change some of our package details.
How do the payments work?
A £1,000.00 security deposit is due to secure the venue on your chosen day. 50% of the total is due 6 months prior and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before.
These amounts can be paid in instalments interest-free.
Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes, we will work with you to ensure all of your guests are well looked after.
What time should i book my ceremony with the registrar?
We recommend you book your ceremony between 12pm-2pm for our Pine,
Cedar or Oak Package and 5pm for our Twilight Package.
Can we bring garden games?
Yes! We encourage garden games. They re a great addition to our beautiful outdoor space
Can we bring a sweet cart/donut wall?
Yes! But save some for us!
Is there anything we need to organise ourselves with the packages?
We take care of most or your requirements but you will need to organise the following: Bridal Flowers, Wedding Cake, Welcome Signs/Order of the Day/Table plan.
Can we provide our own drinks?
We do charge corkage on any outside food and drink. Please get in touch if you require any further information on this.
Do you allow fireworks?
Due to our tranquil setting within a conservation area, we only allow silent fireworks.
How do the payments work?
A £1,000.00 security deposit is due to secure the venue on your chosen day. 50% of the total is due six months prior and the remaining balance is due thirty days before. These amounts can be paid in instalments interest-free.
